"The customer service was great! I could text questions to whoever was working that day. You do have to pay attention to your confirmation texts as it has check in codes and things needed for getting your key. I think its a great system."

"We had a great time at the cabin! The cabin and outbuildings were very clean. The sheets were soft, and each bed had 2 nice pillows. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of firewood and washing water. The host was very easy to communicate with and helped us with our questions before and during the stay. ..."
