“We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the outside room access.
When we checked in we noticed a sign saying the hot tub was out of order, this would have been great to have been told prior to arriving as we would have moved our reservation to one of their sister hotels. The hot tub was never useful in the 4 days we stayed, it got filled and then stayed at a tepid unusable temperature even after asking twice about it. With the amount of communications sent prior to our arrival, I feel this……
