The cleaning was no good, did not throw away pieces of rubbish, or change glasses that was used. The bed was not made. The fridge was out of order, and it took 2 days before it was fixed. So not the best service unfortunately.

Receptionists were friendly in the morning before we checked out. However, I noticed the door had gaps to see the sunlight from the room before opened the door after check in. I went downstairs to talk to the receptionist the problem around 10p.m., she came to see the gap of the door and she felt nothing. Moreover, the room was full of dust and kettle got rusty terribly with dust. She said, there was no new kettle and all the kettles were the same with rust! I was surprised the feedback she gave. The first impression was not so well for the first stay.

The staff is great, Maria helped me everytine I needed help. Very clean and quiet, good breakfast I didn't know lunch has to be ordered ahead, in winter ne aware not many places are open, so plan ahead:)

Expensive parking lot that is not affordable at the hotel. You need at least one additional parking app. Inconvenient check-in - a valid voucher (with all data!) is not enough, additional documents must be presented! Room great, view of the shopping center parking lot isn't exactly amazing! Bathroom is wonderful! A great hotel with a very good breakfast while passing through! For a longer stay I would choose something else...
