“Very nice place to stay. They conditioned the place to have an entry were you can boot up and leave your skies to dry too. In general, it was a good place to stay as a couple with 2 kids. For more adults, it would be a challenge. Beds were quite hard. They have a lot of utensils, china and silverware. The Bridges also has a shuttle to go to the mountain (so you can leave your car parked). EV charges avaiable. ”

“This rental is the ideal place for a getaway that is peaceful and calming! My husband and I, along with our two dogs, enjoyed our stay immensely. We loved feeding the fish in the pond and walking the area around the house into the woods and back. If you enjoy peaceful places, listening to birds and connecting with the natural world this place is for you. We enjoyed this welcoming cottage. This is a wonderful place to soak in the peacefulness. I loved that it was like stepping into another realm……

“Enjoyed our weeks stay, as always. Beautiful farmhouse with everything you can think of for kitchen facilities and a beautiful water view. This very much feels like a family lives here. And the West Hill Pond is right out your back door, a pristine and private pond that is as large as many lakes and totally private. Only 4 or so houses on the entire pond. We particularly enjoyed a daily canoe around the pond and the call of the loons. Unique home and location.”

“Amazing cabin! It was spotless when we arrived, and in excellent shape. It is a couple of miles down a dirt/gravel road, and you will definitely without question need AWD in winter (maybe even in wet weather, as the house is up a fairly steep hill). The road has houses on it, but is very quiet and seemed to have almost no cars driving by. The house is right next to the road, but the trees block it, and we had maybe one car pass by the entire time, so it felt very secluded and private. The view……

“The cabin was quaint and perfect for what we were looking for. We were close to town, but felt way more isolated. The cabin was off grid, but had running water and electricity. We were comfortable and very happy with our stay. It was beautiful and wildlife was abundant. The hosts were attentive, but not intrusive. We will definitely be back.”
