I made a reservation online, paid 362$ for a 2 bed room for one night, upon getting there they made us upgrade our room and pay an extra 200$, when we got into our room not only was there not a couch as promised but also dead roaches all around the room? This place will scam you out of your money and put you in a room that’s not even clean.

The stay was fine, it’s a budget motel, but I left a sweater behind, I called staff said they would call back no call, I stayed again a few weeks later asked about the sweater, kept getting the run around that cleaning staff were not available, couldn’t get a hold of them, etc etc, I received conflicting information yes im they had but it was locked in a room etc etc, needless to say there was little effort to address my issue.
