appliances, and just a ton of open space to enjoy in and out! Everyone can fit by the pool too!

amenity soaps- if you are coming multiple days plan accordingly as these supplies are not unlimited nor replenished

The Palm Room is the Master bedroom has a king bed and a provided air mattress – sleeps four with en-suite bathroom and a 55†smart Tv and 30’ private balcony. -
The Pineapple Room is a queen bed and sleeps two with a balcony overlooking the pool and a smart TV. -
The Seahorse Room is a full over full bunk with a twin trundle, and a balcony overlooking the pool and a smart TV. Sleeps 5 -

You will have full private access to this entire three level beach house during your stay. The home features a massive second level common area with a fully equipped chef kitchen and an expansive living room with a large television. Guests can enjoy multiple private balconies throughout the home, including a private balcony attached to the master suite. Outdoors, you have exclusive use of your own private swimming pool, a backyard area with sun loungers, a covered cabana with luxury seating, and a gas fire pit. A garage is available for storing your beach gear, and there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Please note that the pool is accessed from the exterior of the home, and the home requires the use of stairs as there is no living space on the ground floor.

Our home is located in an unbeatable spot on South Padre Island, offering the perfect blend of convenience and coastal relaxation. You are positioned just half a block from the beautiful sandy beach, allowing you to go from your front door to the waves in less than a two minute walk. When you are ready to explore the local scene, you will find yourself just two blocks away from the vibrant entertainment district, where you can enjoy a variety of dining options, nightlife, and local attractions. For your daily needs, a grocery store is conveniently located only one block away, meaning you can easily stock up on supplies without needing to drive. This prime location allows you to park your car upon arrival and enjoy the rest of your vacation on foot, soaking in the island atmosphere at your own pace.
Getting Around:
Getting around South Padre Island is a breeze from our location. Because we are situated just two blocks from the main entertainment district and one block from the grocery store, most guests find that they can park their vehicles upon arrival and enjoy the rest of their stay on foot. For those arriving by air, the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is the primary hub, located approximately forty minutes away by car. If you require additional parking beyond the two garage spaces and four driveway spots provided at the home, free public parking is available at the island intermodal bus station and the local post office.
Other Things to Note:
To ensure a smooth stay at our property, please note that check in time is at 3 pm and check out time is at 11 am. All guests must complete a mandatory rental agreement and provide a copy of a government issued photo identification prior to arrival. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. Our home accommodates a maximum of 20 guests, including infants. Please be aware that smoking, parties, and loud noises are strictly prohibited at all times, with quiet hours observed from 10 pm to 9 am. Parking is limited to two vehicles in the garage and four in the driveway. We provide a starter supply of essentials, but guests should plan to bring additional items for longer stays. Pets are not allowed. Please follow all check out procedures, including setting the thermostat to 78 degrees and taking out all trash, to avoid additional cleaning fees.
