On arriving pleasantly surprised to the size of room and an excellent breezy view of Caribbean Sea and to kitchen porch outside of property beautiful breezy Mountain View’s creating deep calm. St Kitts is very inviting to the spirits. Reason for rating below is property on the outside stairs if one does not use the elevator is filthy with what looks like bird mess. The elevator went out for approx 30mins and no backup generator was initiated. That was extremely scary; imagine being locked in elevator. The only two weekly housekeeping ladies were pleasant and the staff that welcome me at front desk lobby.. Towels were requested after no one came for housekeeping and I was shocked to be told I could wash them. I did receive after insisting; yes I see a washer and dryer in room but I was not so informed that guest wash the hotel towels. I suggest this place in as my room was well equipped to cook, wash, dryer etc… it ought to state this is an apartment not really a hotel. Also, because it’s 5 mins drive to town. There was only one restaurant called Safeway that cooked excellent meals. Otherwise, one must drive into Basseterre to get breakfast and definitely a late dinner.

Amazing property, staff with. great views, amenities and the food was delicious! We had an amazing vacation!
