“Communication after booking with Vrbo was awful. Heard nothing from Vrbo when I called they told me that the property manager did not use the Vrbo system for communicating with the customer. Spoke with letting agent but access documentation didn't arrive till the day before we were due to start our journey so no time for pre-planning. The property was spacious. “The car parking is a big problem. The manager didn’t tell us beforehand the requirements re “leaving the house”. The requirements is very harsh. If I have to work as a professional cleaner and fix all the stuff as not stayed there at all, before I left the house, I pay for what ? The rent is indeed not cheap. Even though I didn’t make it any mess, I still didn’t get back my GBP200 deposit. It’s a trap more than a rental stay.”
