“Staff was friendly, I accidentally booked a smoking room and they changed to a non smoking at no extra charge. ”

“Room was clean. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to both Cracker Barrel and Tx Roadhouse. Front desk gave us coupons for Tx Rdhs. We stayed in Pelham for the Alabama/TN game, and the route from the hotel to stadium parking was a straight shot, took us right to the Capstone Parking garage. Highly recommend for traveling football fans. Late evening check in clerk was wonderful. 10/17/25.”

“Clean room , bed n bath room plenty of hot water, towels , big TV, AC worked great, mini fridge, no microwave, or coffee , but this room king bed, was was a great bargain, for my overnight stays, very happy with price n staff was very cheerful & professional! ”
