"Top notch property on the beach. We had a beach view with balcony, and it was wonderful to enjoy. It’s a large property so one needs to inquire about all the services, food locations, etc upon arrival so you don’t miss anything. Rode the bikes around the park and walked to the pier (fabulous venue in itself), laid on the white sand beach, ate at lower restaurant, and we enjoyed it all."

"Check in was top notch, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is dated. The floor in our room was very slippery and dirty, I know this because bottom of our socks were black. Bed was not firm. Could have used a small table in the room so we could have eaten our leftovers. The pool needs to be cleaned and repaired, and pool funiture all needs to be replaced. The ice cream shop in front of hotel was awesome! For a short stay it is acceptable"

"The room was nice and the staff was amazing. Had a guest and his wife decide to drunkenly fight from 11:30 p.m. to around 3:30-3:45 am. Slamming doors at 11:30 while arguing and woke my kids up. It was an adjoining room and I beat on the door and told them to be quiet. When that didn't work, I called the front desk and told them. It didn't do any good. They attempted to get them to stop, but it didn't work. As I said, the room and the staff were amazing. Just drunk and disrespectful people."
