The location, the beds, and the staff are top notch

The room was clean and very convenient to restaurants and shopping

Although the room was clean enough it was outdated and a few aspects could use replacing, such as the wood trim from the cabinet where the mininfridge was housed, it was frayed and chewed on likely from a pet that was in the room previously. It was a pet friendly room but it could still be a nice room certainly since I'm paying the same rate as everyone else AND a $75 fee for having a pet. The outside common areas were unkept and sloppy, trash in the parking lot. The front desk staff were cordial and able to assist me. The lobby and hallways had no air conditioning and the front desk area had a plug in box fan on top of the back counter. 😳 I did not have time to try the complimentary breakfast, the pool was closed, and I did not need the laundry facility or business center. I don't feel it was a good value for the rate and added pet fee. I will more than likely not recommend the hotel nor would I stay there again.

Probably won’t use this facility again. Hard to get to. Front desk wasn’t staffed properly at check in
