"Our first room had plumbing issues with the sink filling and refusing to drain and us later coming to find that the shower did the same. Maintenance is not available after a certain time so we were not able to be assisted with the problem that would have been easily addressed. We were moved to another room the following day, but that room had A/C issues with one unit cooling and the other blowing hot air into the sleeping quarter. Even with maintenance attempting to come and troubleshoot the issue (unsuccessfully) the room became very muggy due to the dichotomy in temperatures. The pillows in both rooms were absolutely horrendous. Lumpy, small, scarce and not what would be expected from a hotel whatsoever. If you have neck or spine issues: bring your own pillows because you will not find comfort in the ones they provide. The front desk staff was never overtly welcoming. However, I will note that the valet parking was very quick and helpful."
