"It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. "

"When we entered the unit at check in time, there was a pile of sheets on the coffee table, a load of sheets and towels in the dryer, and another (wet) load in the washer. Several light bulbs were missing or burned out. When I texted these issues to the number provided, I never got a response; no response when I emailed the contact I had, either. I ended up folding and putting away laundry. Kitchen was not well stocked. There was a limited number of plates, bowls, forks and spoons. I had...

"Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. "
