"It’s a pretty average hotel. Breakfast was decent and the hotel was quiet. I was disappointed that the pool was closed due to the heater not working. The pool was my main reason to stay there and let the kids have fun, but we were not able to experience that. "

"Excellent hotel. Looks new. Parking is next to the hotel which we liked (not in a parking garage). I am traveling with my daughter and we feel very safe and well taken care. The fitness room and the lobby are a bit small but still well maintained. Staff has been excellent. Also, this is less than a block from the St Francis doors which you can go through to get to Nasseff Tower. Much quicker than if you went through the front doors of Mary Brigh building. "Check in and customer service was great. The guy working when we checked out noticed I had a cane from a recent surgery, so he carried my bags down the steps! Clean hotel, the beds are uncomfortable. Even though it is a non smoking hotel there was several burn holes on the comforter. "
