"A little of attention to detail to make this cottage feel like it still belongs to the 19th century, but full of luxurious like a big spa bath, coffee machine, hidden away tv, super luxurious bed and bedding, reasonably priced drinks in the fridge, and a beautiful spots out front and to the rear to enjoy the beautiful gardens and the quiet surroundings. We'd definitely stay here again! "

"This Kingston home is in a quiet neighborhood located a throws distance from Hobart. Home was immaculate and very comfortable. We were a grp of 4 friends in 40’s - 60’s. This was our 5th home in 2.5 weeks. By far the most comfortable. Big points for the dryer as we noticed most homes provided the washer but not the dryer. "Wonderful and quite beautiful, from the moment you drive in on the crackly drive way, you have picked the best place to stay, the cottage is a separate building in the grounds of Mill House over looking the river and bridge. The cottage has all the best modern convenience’s and is very comfortable with classic period furniture. "A cosy property perfect for a small group, the location is fantastic, easy walking distance to everywhere in the city and surrounds. The host was excellent and ready to help with any of our needs."

"The host was very welcoming and explained everything to us as we were guided to our accomodation. What a lovely surprise, a deck to view the rolling hills and river from, step inside this 1840 exquisite building and first thing that greets you is a cask of port with enough in it for 6 tipples sitting on that lovely deck (which also has a bbq btw). The bed was amazingly comfortable and the area is very peaceful. The host also suppies the many books he has written and published and he has copies...

"The photo's of the property were exactly as it was listed, very quiet and tranquil setting. The fire wood needed to be undercover so you could light it, most of it was wet. No power at the BBQ Shed area would be good to have re connected so you can relax in this space later in the evening.
