"Apartment was wonderful for my family and dogs. Very private road to walk the dogs, and apartment was very clean and had all the items we needed for our stay. Would stay again Eric was very helpful before we were there and during our stay. Was a great location easy to access Bar Harbor and sounding area. Thank you"

"The interior design was absolutely adorable. The outside space was well used and well loved by us! Lots of deer also lots of neighborhood cats lol Amy was amazing to work with. There were three or four discrepancies between the vrbo listing and the binder but nothing at all that was an unreasonable request. Very very simple check out instructions. absolutely loved it. Only mentioning it so you are not surprised! Highly recommend!"

"A short walk to the finish line of the MDI Marathon and to Beal's Lobster. A half hour to Bar Harbor. Mid-October means much of the Southwest Harbor town is shutting down though, so don't expect breakfast out options. Nice location for the marathon. Clean simple cottage with space heaters as primary heat source. We had mild weather so not an issue. We made breakfast in one morning and had all of the needed kitchen appliances, pans, top of table items. Plenty of linens and comfy, quiet bedrooms."

"The Moorings Inn is located in an ideal location. Southwest Harbor is quaint and less busy than Bar Harbor. The views are beautiful and the people at Mooring's are thoughtful about their guests."
