“We hated to leave. The villa was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures led us to believe, and we felt so welcomed by Gabriella. It was if we were staying with family or friends, not as strangers. We struggled with getting there (our fault, due to a typo in the GPS) but Gabriella was so kind and patient with us. When we finally made it she was waving to us from the gate, what a welcome sight. She gave us a tour, showed us everything, and had some little welcome gifts for us as well! ……

“Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. “Wir waren im Juni bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung von Angela und haben unseren Urlaub wahrlich genießen können. Bei schönem Wetter auf der großen Terrasse den fantastischen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore beim Frühstück oder bei einem Rotwein die Abendsonne genießen zu können ist einfach herrlich. Wie schon einmal bei unserem ersten Besuch beschrieben ist die Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen ausreichend mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben benötigt. Uns hat es hier an nichts……

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im schönen Ferienhaus in Trarego. Es war noch schöner als wir uns vorgestellt hatten, super eingerichtet, alles was wir wünschten war vorhanden. Wir haben gut und tief geschlafen. Es ist absolut ruhig und die Betten gut. Unsere Gastgeberin Alessandra war immer erreichbar, hat uns die Heizung eingeschaltet als es kühl wurde. "Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
