Bel établissement bien placé !
Pratique pour venir rouler sur le circuit de SPA, le Silva est une référence dans la région. Belle chambre spacieuse et bien équipé, personnel très serviable et attentionné aux demandes des clients. J'y viens à chaque fois que je viens rouler sur le magnifique circuit de SPA ! L'espace piscine est en cours de réfection pour le rendre encore plus agréable et venir s'y détendre le matin ou en fin de journée

Property looks nothing like photos. The carpet in hotel room (lakeside, king executive) was likely out in around 1980. It was dirty and the room was less than desirable. The staff at restaurant was exceptionally rude.

Lovely Family visit
We had a lovely 2 night break at this hotel! Check in was very efficient, and we were asked immediately if we wanted to reserve the pool and what time we wanted to have breakfast : these being the covid - friendly measures. We stayed in a lakeside suite and enjoyed the balcony with a view of the valley. The aircon was very welcome in the hot weather! Only downside was there was no coffee machine, which they explained was due to covid. The pool was big enough for the kids to enjoy and the outdoor jacuzzi a nice bonus. We also ate in the bar: the food was nice and there was a really nice kids menu with proper food, not just chicken nuggets! The breakfast buffet was good too, with staff making sure covid measures were followed! We plan to visit again next time we are in Spa!

Room was very small. Beds and pillows were terrible. The shower didn’t drain so we had to switch rooms at 11 at night. Moved to a lower floor where there was a lot of road noise. Not a great experience, would stay somewhere else next time. Breakfast was decent.

we have 6 categories of rooms quite distinct from each other. While we have small rooms (cheap), we also have beautiful and spacious spacious rooms. We have so for all tastes & budgets. The best value is the "Lake Side Executive" room, valley side. In terms of luxury rooms, I advise the "Design" room, or even the "SUITE". Feel free to visit our official website and admire our many photos.

Nice bright modern hotel, spotless clean room, nice bar and all very friendly staff. Only had breakfast but excellent and very wide choice. Easy short drive to centre. Will probably stay here again next year.

difference in rooms, some modern some quite old. the hotel allows animals and the dog in the room beside us barked all night long. bar area lacking in atmosphere and wasnt open or closed very early week nights

It is important to note that we have 6 categories of rooms that are quite distinct from each other. Of course we have small rooms (cheap), but we also have large and beautiful spacious rooms. We have it for all tastes & budgets. The best value for money is the Lake Side Executive Room on the valley side. In terms of luxurious rooms, I recommend the room «Design», see even the «SUITE».

Great for Spa Francorchamps
Very contemporary for the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great bar and the steak and frits we had were possibly the best I've ever had. We stayed there for Spa Classic and the track is only a 15-minute drive away. Perfect location for us.

Lovely Hotel close to the town of Spa
Great Hotel if visiting Spa.Only a few minutes by car from the town centre. As part of the buffet breakfast they also serve champagne which I thought was a lovely touch.

The hotel was fine. Good breakfast with several choices but no sliced fresh fresh fruit. One negative point was the swimming pool area: The water was cold so as the temperature outside the pool .... not comfortable. The wifi didn't work almost the times.

The hotel was OK for our one night stay. The typical challenge with Europe hotels, it was a very tiny room where my husband and I were bumping into each other when walking around the room. But the room size did not bother me as much as the price since this is the most expensive room we paid during our trip and it was not as nice as some of the other hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast was good. Wi-Fi worked well. The AC was heavenly since not all hotels in Europe have ACs. Overall recommend this hotel if you can get it for $125 or less. Anything more is over-priced (we ended up paying $170).

This was my third stay at this hotel in the last 18-months - all to attend race meetings at the nearby Spa Circuit which is only about a 15-minute drive, if that.

Ok for a quick stopover
Our room was very small. Air con wasn't on automatically but was switched on when we asked at reception. The doors on the shower kept falling off. The hotel wAs adequate for a couple of nights stay on the way down through Europe and conveniently close to the race track at Spa but I couldn't recommend it

Second stay, still very good.
Stayed here twice now to attend events at the Spa circuit. Hotel is only about 15 minutes drive from the circuit so ideal. It's a few minutes drive out of Spa so not within easy walking distance if you want to go there. Good breakfast selection in a large room with no queues for seating even though the hotel was busy for the racing. Pleasant, helpful staff many of whom speak English. Free WIFI in bedrooms and it seems to be a fast connection which was welcome - other hotels could learn from them. Only downsides as mentioned on an earlier review - no in-room tea/coffee making facilities and the room safe is very small, no good for laptops for example. Staying there again later this year and if the hotel keeps the same level of service I'll be quite happy.

The receptionist at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Even after we checked out and returned from thermal baths we needed help contacting a friend and she helped us with the phone call. Our room with large and very roomy. The breakfast included the price of the stay and was marvelous and well worth it . The few downsides to the stay; pillows were not comfortable, the €15 charge to use the Jacuzzi, and wifi was not dependable from room.

The Balmoral is located over 3 km from the city centre of Spa up a steep hill, so not much good if you don't have a car. The room was very large and comfortable, but couldn't see the lake due to trees. Swimming pool and sauna were OK but not signposted properly. The Jacuzzi outside was cold. Not much fun in January. Restaurant was mediocre. Food not fresh. Casual service. OK place if you have a car and can go to a decent restaurant in the town.
