"The location was perfect. We were able drive to most places in Mobile within 15 minutes. I like to walk every day and I felt perfectly safe on my walks in the neighborhood. We were close to some iconic places like Old Dutch Ice cream. The accommodations themselves were basic but nicely appointed and comfortable. "We were down from North Mississippi for my wife's brother's funeral. We found this property available for the two nights we needed. It was very accommodating for our 13 year old granddaughter who has CP and is confined to a wheelchair. The huge open den, dining and kitchen area was great for her to move around freely, as well as the rest of our family. "First off, host communication was amazing. Prompt responses to my questions at every turn. Much appreciated. Secondly, the place was super clean. "This property needs a few improvements but the location is great. The lock box is difficult. It was freezing when we arrived and we spent 10 minutes trying to get to the key. The beds leave much to be desired. The hot water ran out after 5 minutes in the shower. The access steps need some care and the lighting is minimum.
