I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The bath towels were visibly dirty, with large stains on them, and the second towel was in even worse condition. The bed sheets were no longer white but gray from age and repeated use, and the comforters had numerous cigarette burn holes, even though the room was designated as non-smoking. The bathroom sink was dirty, and the faucet was covered with grime and mineral buildup. There was also no proper hot water. Even after letting the shower run for several minutes, the water never became hot. At best, it was only slightly warm, making it very uncomfortable to take a shower. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was extremely limited, and the coffee machine was out of order, so there wasn’t even a cup of coffee available in the morning. Overall, the property is poorly maintained and fails to meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was delicious, well done by the staff. The furniture in the room was worn and fraid. The bed matress and pillows were substandard and uncomfortable. We were disappointed that both the shampoo and shower soap ran out, there was no hair dryer in the room and the fridge rubber seal was broken. Staff corrected the hairdryer and shampoo issues, but this is basic stuff that shouldn't happen in the first place.
