“Overall, its good. ”

“This hotel worked for a quick overnight stay for the airport. The shuttle was nice. The hotel itself was okay. Bed and bathroom were clean but the floors were gross. After getting out of the shower and walking around for a few minutes, the bottoms of our feet were dirty so we had to wear our shoes walking around the room. The staff was annoyed that we showed up 30 minutes before check in time. Looked like it was about to be shift change time and the person checking us in was ready to leave. I……

“The place is dirty , and broken everywhere, broken mirrors, windows, mirror nightstand , dirty tea pot , dirty chair in the kitchen and the floor in the kitchen .”

“Rooms are cleaned every other day. On the second day housekeeping came at 9:30am while we were getting ready for the day. We asked that they return later. They never came. We also asked the front desk twice to have them come clean, they never came. We ended up going again to the front desk to get our own towels. Our room was located on the first floor right next to the entry door to the hallway so we got to hear everyone at all hours of the night coming and going. Breakfast was good, snacks at……

“The staff in the hotel is really nice. But I didn't expect the noise of airplane is so loud and the vehicle noise from street is loud too. The sound insulation can be improved. ”

“The Highliner suites hotel has been newly renovated. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities were perfect (mini keurig, microwave, tea, coffee, fridge, complimentary water and shampoo, conditioner, soap etc in the bathroom. The rooms were spotless and fresh. The availability of sockets and USB ports for charging was fantastic - lots of extra ones without having to unplug things in the room. There was complimentary tea/coffee in reception along with light breakfast food - fresh fruit, muffins,……

“The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!”
