"All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We got in early from Los Angeles and they were able to check us in a little early. Nice snacks every morning. Coffee really good and all day. Water bottles on demand. Housecleaning are all super friendly and helpful. Really close walk to civic center. Really a nice visit to Campus Inn. They just need to fix the AC plug outlets…several plugs just fell right out. We’ll definitely be back. Great job!"

"Great house with extra little touches to help welcome us after a long journey. They had some drinks in the fridge and snacks in the kitchen. The soap and shampoo in the bathrooms is nice that you don’t have to bring your own. The spaces are nice for socializing including an outside table. The attic room is cool and quirky, but be warned you’ll have to duck if you’re 6 foot or over. Plus, we had daily visits from the neighborhood deer who enjoyed the apple tree. Overall, great place with a relaxed vibe. Would stay here again. "

"The house is clean and comfortable. Our party consisted of two parents and twin 17-yr-olds. Everyone had their own bedroom space with two bathrooms upstairs, one 1/2 bath down stairs (plus a separate shower in the laundry which was a bit unusual (and we didn’t use)). Having a washer and dryer was nice. The amazing greenery out the back door was spectacular. The view made getting up in the morning a treat. Found a deer within 20 feet on day1. The lovely kitchen has spices and standard cooking supplies if your group plans on making any meals on site. One item that could use some attention is the lack of power to the electrical outlet in the down stairs 1/2 bathroom; I wanted to use a curling iron, but could not. We enjoyed the pool table and ping-pong in the garage. Darts had no tips, so skipped that activity. The welcome information was super well organized, and appreciated. The property managers were attentive and responded quickly to our questions about trash cans. Last, the location gives you all the benefits of being in the woods, yet is a short 4-5 min drive to breakfast cafes, etc. our family would stay here again. "
"Loved it! Clean, divided up nicely for multiple guests, love the view, my favorite area in Eugene. Fully outfitted functional kitchen, a sweet neighbor cat visits the deck, great vibe and very comfortable space. One of the best places I have had the pleasure to stay-- Highly recommend!!! "

"Our tennis team needed a comfy quiet house for our competition weekend. We were able to book both the studio and the house giving us additional bedrooms. We had a very comfy stay, the house was just right. Quiet with comfy beds, very close to groceries and other restaurants when we weren’t cooking ourselves. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The interior of this special place was wonderful. With large wind chimes off the deck, and mirrored wind chimes reflecting light, as well as windows that fully opened for easy air exchange and natural light, I adored this place. Thoughtfully designed, comfortable bed and an oculus to top it all off!"

"I rented this property for my son and his friend. They had an excellent stay. Amazingly quiet and comfortable considering how close it is to businesses. Very convenient access to downtown. I don't think you could find a better location for visiting Eugene."

"Our family and Au Pair loved the house. Very nice and comfortable. Also loved the backyard with the dart board. Pros: Very clean with great lighting. 3 bedroom and 2 full bath. Nice backyard with plenty of room, small table, chairs, propane fire pit, lawn games. Comfortable beds, great smart TV connectivity for family movie night. Air purifiers in the house to help recycle air.Cons: Washer and dryer a little noisy, cars did not abide by the speed limit in the neighborhood so can be dangerous for small kids! Animal friendly house and there was a slight odor of kitty litter when we first arrived. Overall a great stay and would recommend to anyone interested in the area. Our family would utilize this property again in the future. Thank you! "
"Hello! I'm not usually one to leave a review, but I wanted folks to know how great my stay was! There was a small hiccup at check in: I had to contact the host and ask for the check in information, when it was supposed to be automatically emailed to me. She sent it right away once I asked for it, but again, this was supposed to be waiting for me in my email when we landed, not something I had to reach out to my host to obtain. Also, the lockbox that held the key was difficult to get open, especially in the pouring rain that plagued our entire trip (not the owner's fault, of course - just added more adventure to the trip.).Once we got into the vrbo, everything was wonderful!! Super clean, comfortable, and the wifi information was prominently posted in the living room for all to see. Our host even called to make sure I was aware that there were clean dishes in the dishwasher in case I needed them (which I DID - thank you!!!), and if there was anything else I needed to please reach back out to her. She even let us check in early, which was great given the fact that our plans to wander around Eugene were dashed once we landed and it was raining pretty steadily. There was even an umbrella waiting for us in the coat rack, which was SUPER thoughtful! Great host, great place, very accomidating. Thank you for everything, if we come back to Eugene, we may stay here again!"

It’s the small things like the basket with snacks and bottle of wine, coffee supplies, the extras in the bathroom in case you forget anything etc. that really makes a wonderful difference. "Arlene was a fantastic host for our trip to Eugene for Nike Outdoor Nationals. The location was great - 5 minutes from the track and 2 minutes from restaurants and grocery by car. The house was comfortable and there was plenty of room for people to spread around. Thanks for adding to a great experience!"

"Oh my Chris & Van Thank you so much. A beautiful setting with the luxurious comforts of a 5 star hotel and so much more. Our family ranged in age from 13-81 and all our needs were met. Everyone loved the game room and the sauna was a hit. The kids could make s’mores and watch the ballgame in the outdoor patio while others watched old Alfred Hitchcock movies in the living room.Most impressive were the details you so thoughtfully provided - 3 different coffee makers with coffee for each; lotions for the bathrooms and extra towels. Popcorn and popcorn containers! We’ll definitely look to you for our next stay.Cecilia"

"The VRBO was centrally located to all the sites we planned to visit.The house was close to a grocery store and walking trail.The layout of the house was perfect to allow privacy for my husband and myself and our daughter and her husband.There were so many fantastic features of the house such a laundry room, deck, landscaped backyard."
"This was nice home in a great location. We very much enjoyed the backyard and patio, as well as the fire pit. It was a great place to hang out and visit. The only issue we had was that the outdoor grill was not clean when we first used it, and the grill utensils need to be upgraded. We would stay here again."
