I was very disappointed with my stay. From the moment we walked into the room, there was an overwhelming odor that never went away. The room also did not feel clean, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
The complimentary breakfast was very lackluster, and several items ran out without being refilled, even while breakfast service was still ongoing.
The room itself had multiple maintenance issues. The air conditioning unit leaked water into the room, creating a mess. The toilet would not flush properly unless you manually adjusted it each time, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the shower floor was extremely slippery because soap and shampoo from the wall-mounted dispenser had leaked onto the floor, creating a significant safety hazard.
Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and disappointing amenities made this a very unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
