Service is amazing, everyone is so kind and helpful. Our room was a little small and I would have preferred an actual sink with a counter and actual storage space for clothes etc since we stayed 3 days (We had a lot of luggage because we were on a 14 day trip.) The hotel is beautiful and I'm not complaining, it was really a great experience and the service was great! I even got a massage while I was there that was really good! No complaints about the hotel, it's just that the room layout just wasn't functional for us as travelers so I wish I had requested another room or I paid better attention to the photos of the rooms when I booked to ensure I got a room that was more spacious.
