"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"The staff was amazing. It was great to have a restaurant right there. The beach was right there, literally down the steps! It was a very very nice beach. After staying here for two nights, I felt refreshed and relaxed. I had the only single room in the place, which was up a large number of stairs, the last flight being of a small creaky wooden circular staircase. If you have trouble walking upstairs, this might not be your place. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location."

"A lovely property and Host was excellent to deal with but Property Manager was not. Had not checked property before we arrived to ensure everything was working. Had no internet for the whole of the visit despite it being identified as a problem on arrival. Outside this the property is lovely comfortable and very family friendly. The Host compensated us with a meal in an excellent restaurant because of the problems that was very much appreciated and helped making our stay very pleasant."
