"Posto molto carino e centralissimo, a pochi minuti dalla piazza e dal mare. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite. La titolare disponibile e cordiale, ci ha persino aiutati a trovare parcheggio. A soli 15 metri c’è anche un comodo parcheggio a pagamento."

I booked because I checked the location on the map - this is incorrect the location on the map is where you have to go to get breakfast its a 10 minute drive from the hotel then its difficult to park. there is no reception, cafe, bar or Restaurant was not open. did not see any sign of wellness centre. "Most beautiful place! Stunning rooms, gorgeous pool. Lots of space and very few guests. Delicious food in their restaurant. Friendly helpful staff. Noto is close by and is a beautiful town. We had the best time ever here and cant wait to come back. "

"The apartment is in a small fishing village/town with lovely bars and restaurants that are full of Sicilian families on holiday. There are hardly any non-Italian tourists which was ideal for us. The sea is crystal clear which is great for snorkelling and it’s quite literally 1 min from the apartment! It’s an ideal location for 3-4 days and a great base for seeing Syracuse and Ragusa. A fantastic find!"
"Breakfast was a hit… every morning Marta was in the breakfast room singing soothing karaoke oldies! Also the staff was a great help to find a laundromat and grocery store… there are neither in Marzamemi itself. It’s a very small town, but lots of cafes.
