“We found this gem when looking for accommodations for family that were coming from out of town for a funeral in Willmar. There were 4 couples and multiple young adults and children, and we all had a bed, bathroom and privacy for a great price. The large indoor open spaces and backyard firepit were great for everyone to gather, unwind, and hangout. The host was great with answering my many questions within minutes. The cabin was as listed, we had all necessities and the listing was accurate……

“We decided to make a last minute trip to MN for labor day weekend. The pictures are great but its prettier in person. The kitchen has very nice appliances. The bed was super comfortable. It was really relaxing. My kids LOVED the bunkbeds. The host responded to any messages promptly. We would love to come back. It is queit area even with the campcround right there. 100/10 would recommend to friends and family!!!”

Enjoyed our days playing on the water and nights around the bonfire star gazing. Great location to escape with nearby Richmond and Cold Spring for groceries or places to dine. “This property was a perfect vacation for our family. It's literally minutes from all of Willmar's stores and restaurants, but the location feels rural and scenic. We spent a lot of time on the dock between fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The 3 kayaks and swim mat were big perks, as were the fire pit, hammock, and tire swing.Fishing off the dock yielded a surprising variety of fish. We caught sunfish, bass, northern pike, sheepshead, bullhead, and lots of crappies.The soaker tub upstairs was……

“The place was super easy to find. Neighbors seemed friendly and quiet. The entire property was nicely kept and clean, the highlights being the kitchen and family rooms. ”

“Mark was very accommodating and the cabins had space for everyone and the place was beautiful with a great view of the lake. The pontoon, hot tub and game room big key features that we loved.Everyone should check out curiosity cabin it’s a really cool and inspiring place to explore for kids and adults! My kids loved all the friendly dogs in the area too! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!”

“Such a lovely little cabin! Had everything we needed for a relaxing 2 night stay. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy so we did not get to utilize a lot of the outdoor activities. But the indoor wood stove made a wonderful cozy time. The bed in the primary bedroom was so comfortable! We will definitely be back again.”
