Long wait to check in even though it was 9 30 pm On two occasions there were no towels in the bathroom On check out could not contact reception to get someone to help with luggage

The hotel could need a update, Many small items was broken and a cleaning of the outside facade of the hotel is needed. It was nearly possibly to look out the windows due to a thind layer of dirt. The staff was very good, really good from reception, the restaurant to the staff cleaning the rooms. Our Room was very clean.

Location location location! Just amazing! Lucky enough to stay there in July so saw whales and dolphins most mornings whilst enjoying breakfast. Lovely food, incredible staff, comfy rooms. Stay on the top floor if budget allows.
