Splashdown Waterpark Tours

I had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute. The overall experience was excellent and the hospitality from the staff really stood out. The customer service was professional, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed. Housekeeping did a great job as well — the room was kept very clean and well maintained throughout the stay. The inclusive breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and everything was well organized. During our stay, the hotel was celebrating its 4-year anniversary, and the team arranged a nice celebration along with a complimentary discounted dinner for guests. It was a thoughtful gesture and made the experience feel even more special. The only small downside I noticed was the TV entertainment in the room. The television mainly had older movie and serial channels, and it would have been much better if modern streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, or Prime Video were available. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great hospitality. With a small upgrade to the in-room entertainment options, the experience would be even better. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Goa.

Very clean room and premises. Polite and helpful staff everywhere.

We have just come back from a 3 night stay at the ITC with friends. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend ITC. Here are some of our thoughts: - The hotel was lovely, an extensive resort filled with natural beauty and plenty of grounds to wander through. - The beach is gorgeous with soft, powdery sand and lots of space. We did struggle to get beds but the staff worked hard to resolve this. On two of 3 occasions, beds we had had lost their support to sit up - an investment in more and new beds would be an easy solution. - There was security stationed in multiple places around the resort, including when you come on and off the beach as it’s public, so we felt very safe. - The hotel has a number of restaurants, we ate at 2 of them and another one we got ‘take out’ to the beach, all were very delicious. - The rooms were spacious (although the bathroom a little confusing with two doors and loud sliding doors in the night) and very clean. There were lots of products and things you may need to help yourself to. - We don’t use it but the pool looked lovely but there didn’t seem to be too many beds and they were all seemingly full following breakfast. - The hotel provides buggies if you ask for them if you need or want assistance getting around as it is vast (beautiful for walking around but could be a challenge if you are not overly mobile)
