It was exactly as advertised and a great location in Split. Close to Diocletian’s Palace, the farmer’s market, grocery stores and many restaurants. Even walkable to the soccer stadium!

Great location in Split!

The room was spotless and comfortable and the location was great. Mislav was my contact and we were in touch before I arrived and during my visit. He was very friendly and responsive. The location was around the corner from the Green Market and the Silver Gate. I would stay there again.

The property is very nice and is in a good position. We found the check in system slightly annoying as we were not sent details until less than one hour before we arrived at the property and required a lot of WhatsApp messaging. We were able to get in ok but previously for bookings like this the check in details arrive a lot earlier and a lot loss effort.

2-3 min walk to Old Town, 1 min to supermarkets. 10-15min walk to ferry port and coach station. Perfect for short or long stay as it has a kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Clean and well equipped. Good communication and easy access. Up a small street. No lift.

Studio apartment is conveniently located to everything. No need for a car. Apartment has fridge, good coffee maker, stove, etc. Would be nice to have a closet to hang up clothes.

Good location, short walk to the tourist areas. Room was a good size. Not really a king bed but maybe that is the norm in Croatia. There were issues with Hotels.Com on communication and billing. The host was good at work arounds.

Próximo da Riva e bom para dormir

A localização e o atendimento da equipe são os pontos altos. Realmente é muito cômodo estar bem próximo da Riva e do centro histórico. Com relação à estadia, o apartamento não tem elevador, então, caso você esteja viajando com malas despachadas, é um fator a se considerar, especialmente se seu quarto for no último andar. Com relação à descrição, não há recepção 24h, como mencionado no anúncio, nem estacionamento disponível. O Wi-Fi é bem intermitente , então, se você for trabalhar de lá, considere ter um pacote de dados ativo. A cama é boa e o boxe do banheiro é pequeno, quase não me coube. O time que te atende é bastante cordial e solícito, te faz se sentir à vontade. E a cidade de Split vale muito a visita!

Värden mötte upp oss. Mycket vänlig och gav oss mycket bra information om Split, karta och tips Bra kontakt via mail ang in och utcheckning samt betalning. Lite jobbigt med alla smala trappor eftersom vi var högst upp men värden hjälpte oss med väskorna. Aircondition mycket bra. Kan varmt rekommenderas. Nära centrum.

Perfect

The owners kept in contact with me to make sure I knew where I was going. It was great to arrive and see a map laid out with labels of recommendations. A Netflix account to use in late evenings if I wanted. The place is very clean and comfortable and I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Croatia.

Mate, the manager of the Split Apts. is the perfect host. He took care of everything we needed in prompt professional fashion. I just wish that the shower was a bit larger. It's simply way too small for normal sized people.

Great for a short or long stay

Last minute booking just for 1 night to help an early start to the airport. Really happy with the stay, Mate met us with a key and was super knowledge about the area, what to do and see (even in a short time) and in helping arrange an airport transfer.
