The name Xenia stands for "protector of guests, hospitality and the stranger" and the spirit of our four-star studio apartment that was renovated and newly furnished in June 2016.
Whether palace, promenade, bathing beach, cafe or restaurant, everything is in front of the door or can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The apartment is located 80m from the sea and 100m from the adjacent World Heritage Site, the historic center of Split.
The studio apartment overlooks the courtyard and garden and has space for 2 people. On 27 square meters you will find a living room with box spring bed, from which you can also watch the numerous TV programs. The cabinet offers space for your personal things and the safe. Various storage options allow books and the like to find their place. In the small, spatially delimited, fully equipped kitchen with its own window there is a dining table and seating.
In the bathroom there is space for a locked shower, a shelf as well as a washstand and toilet. For our winter guests there is floor heating in the bathroom, heating with air conditioning.
The loggia is surrounded by glass / windows, with a view of the courtyard and garden. The back yard widens a pleasant urban atmosphere.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV with 15 German channels and free WiFi.

Studio Apartment Xenia is next door to our Apartment Xenios for 4 people (see Announce No. 2560198). Both can be rented together. Families or groups are very welcome.
