"We had a great stay at Highlands Campground in New Glasgow, PEI. The facilities were spotless, thanks to hardworking staff. The cabin was clean, spacious, and simple, with bunk beds and a queen bed. You bring your own dishes and small appliances, which worked fine for us.
The campground has a saltwater pool and is popular with young families in peak season, but during our off-season visit it was peaceful and quiet. The location made it easy to explore the whole island. Highly recommended for a clean and convenient base on Prince Edward Island."
"Beautiful hotel. Gorgeous garden around the hotel. Staff were wonderful and the room was terrific. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing would be the exterior of the hotel needs some TLC. (Windows painted, stucco cleaned). "
"This is an amazing spot – the only problem with it is that they do not have food on site, but it’s a campground so the idea is that you bring your own things in. If you have a chance to stay here, stay here! It is an amazing experience"
Casa Moana, Lovely old house overlooking St. Mary`s Bay, with free breakfast.
10/10 Excellent
"Our group of four women had a super nice stay this lovely home. Judie has thought of everything to make her guests comfortable. She was also very helpful in our trip planning. She had great suggestions for dinners, lunches, coffee, and sites to see. Judie’s breakfasts are lovely as well. We enjoyed her large, inviting kitchen. The entire home is full of interesting, whimsical art and more. We highly recommend this place. "
"The Bear River location was absolutely beautiful. The aspect from the suite and the winery terrace over the valley to the slope beyond looks all the world like Burgundy. The suite is in the winery building, a converted 19th century dairy barn, and has lots of antique charm and beautifully aged wood. It was comfortably well equipped with a very comfortable bed and the hootingbofborls at night. Hosts Darren and Su were very hospitable without being at all intrusive, giving an informative tour of the winery and vineyard followed by a tasting of their delicious wines. A great base to explore the surrounding region and attractions like Port Royal, Digby, and Annapolis Royal. "
Bunkie with spectacular view, peaceful setting, and close to amenities.
10/10 Excellent
"The Bunkie was well appointed, very clean, and the best view for morning coffee ☕ on the patio.
Just the right size for my adult daughter, myself and our family dog. I definitely recommend this place. "
Private cottage on 8 wooded and flower-filled acres at Lake Wentworth and the Wentworth River
10/10 Excellent
"My friend and I traveled from Maine for a Nova Scotia adventure and were so lucky to find this gem on Lake Wentworth. The house is brand new and right on the lake, with the most spectacular sunset and star gazing. Very off the beaten path, and a lovely and helpful host. "
Idyllic cottages in the forest with access to the lake and sauna
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property, would absolutely love to go again. Everything was tidy and clean, and the kitchen had all the items needed to prepare a few excellent meals. Lake was beautiful and serene. The host was also very friendly and super welcoming, I had no issues or worries at all. "
