"We had such a wonderful time. I'm a loyal holiday inn customer and would definitely come back. From the room to the lounging area downstairs, everything was wonderful. My kid threw up on the last day there (I felt awful!) and staff was prompt to deal with it and very kind. There was a lady who kept publicly getting angry with an older gentlemen on staff who was cleaning and legit the nicest person at the establishment that was quite offputting. Idk if she was having a day or what, but she was legitimately getting angry with him for nothing and being incredibly demeaning with the way she was handling it. Again, Idk the back end- but that wasn't a good look. Overall, grand experience. Highly recommend."
