"Awesome place to stay lots of areas to walk around and look at. The farm animals were really fun and the kids loved them. The pool, while smaller, was a very pretty area. Totally would stay again!"

"This place is amazing! It is surrounded by a bunch of beautiful juniper trees which helps with the wind and also making it QUIET. You can step outside and not hear anything other than the sounds of nature.
The property has lots going for it. The outdoor pool in the summer is a nice little area, volleyball, and little walking trails.
If you're down in this area, give it a go!"

My reservation stated "Ranchette Ponderosa - The Freemont #2 at Wind Walker Homestead" and I was put in room #1. I don't know if there is any relationship between the name you reserve and what you get assigned. Rooms were clean and comfortable."

"This property is the perfect combination of comfort and rustic. Our room had everything we needed for a short stay: living area with small fridge and microwave, a large bedroom with three comfortable beds, and a full bathroom. The AC and fans made it quite comfortable. This was upstairs, which was challenging for me. Next time I might choose a ground floor apartment or cabin. The best thing about this place is the beautiful scenery, hiking trails, farm animals, and other recreational amenities....

"Great stay. Very clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. My daughter slept on the pull out couch. She didn't complain about the bed at all. Though we didn't use it, there was a nice kitchen with a full size fridge, stove and oven, and a microwave. There was no dishwasher, but we just used a bowl and a few cups so no problem there. All in all, it was a great stay and we would totally book it again!"

"It was the perfect place for our family gathering of nearly 40 people of all ages. There is a lot of room to spread out and have different activities going on simultaneously. The wrap around deck is amazing! The views are spectacular. It is remote enough that it is a very peaceful setting. "
"I was a little apprehensive about staying at this motel but let me tell you, it’s one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Yes, it’s on the much older side but it was so clean, 5 mins from the softball fields and offered 8lb bags of ice on site.
It was perfect for 2 nights in manti for softball. We also ate breakfast at Charlee’s which is in the parking lot and their food was great, also super clean and great service (we had to be at the fields before the breakfast started at the hotel).
Breakfast was just prepackaged muffins, oatmeal packets, cereal and fruit but with a mini fridge, we added some yogurt and it was perfect."

"This house/cabin was so cute and perfect for our book club retreat. Would definitely recommend and return if we are in this area again. It felt so secluded, but was only a few minutes from town for dinner and we still had service in the mountains. There was plenty of space and it had everything we needed. As you pull into the property, we’d recommend keeping vehicles without 4-wheel drive in the upper area for parking. It was a little difficult to get one of the cars up the hill from the propane tank. "
"Super cute tiny house! We weren’t there for long, or very much, but it was great while we were there! We were in town for an all-night softball tournament, so only used the house for about 5 hours of sleep before heading home, but the beds were very soft and comfortable, the house was clean, and it had a lot of personality! The outdoor patio was cute, the garden looked amazing, and my daughter loved seeing the Jersey cows in the back stable! Eggs, cheese, vegetables, and pancake mix was provided, and I loved that they offered farm-to-table dinners if you give them enough notice. We’ll definitely be staying here again!"

"We loved Mindy’s cottage! The check in process was very smooth. It was just as it was listed. It was super clean and cute!! We came for side by side trip. We had plenty of space to park our truck and trailer. The beds were very comfy. There was plenty of towels and bedding. It was a nice place to come back to and relax after a long day of riding. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!"

"The house was spotless and beautiful with attention given to every detail. We even had gift baskets and an invitation to use a fun amenity from the owners! The nearby towns were quaint and quiet, and the suggested rodeo was a blast (including fireworks). We were there for a wedding but would definitely come again with our large family (adult children) for a vacation. "

"What an amazing place to Glamp this was, the teepee was the perfect size and with all the amenities you could possibly need for a perfect stay out of the city crowds, just you and nature, the teepee was perfectly located facing the sun risings for a beautiful show every morning overlooking the mountains and nothing but the sounds of bird chirping, it was just poetic, highly recommended for a romantic getaway or a family getaway, the owners where very friendly and made you feel like you were home.
