“A small but charming 1 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture, especially the bed, was very comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with some supplies, including coffee pods for the Keurig machine. It was very helpful that there was a washer/dryer with detergent. Off-street parking was not available but there was always a spot on the street out in front. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Bed bugs in upstairs bedroom!!!Unfortunately we had a terrible experience both during and following our stay. During the stay the air conditioning was not functioning properly and we were forced to use portable AC units that didn’t get the temperature below 78 in the house.Three people sleeping upstairs had bed bug bites and upon searching the two beds we found numerous bugs. We promptly made the property owner aware of the situation and requested our stay be refunded due to the inconvenience……

“We had a dog with us and he totally loved the freedom he had on the farm. Sharon was the perfect host. She welcomed our extended family to visit us during our stay. She also let the grandkids swim in her pool and even let us borrow a life jacket for one of the kids. We hope to be back on the future!”

“We had a great time at this 1940's built Mid-Century Modern Classic. The house architecture was amazing and the grounds are impressive. We had plenty of room inside and outside for a large group. There are several large gathering areas inside the home so lots of space to be with others or to have some time to yourself. I enjoyed the awesome stereo and my 5 year old grandson had the TV figured out and working in about 2 minutes. We were in town for a wedding and it rained on our "free" day,……

“The apartment was clean, well outfitted and quite comfortable. Adam is a very responsive host. There is a good bistro a half block away and several interesting shops within easy walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Absolutely fantastic place with everything you could need for your stay. Host was super friendly and helpful. The place is decorated very thoughtfully and was ideal for the two us and our pets. We only stayed a night while passing through on our way home to Wisconsin from Virginia. However would visit again if the opportunity presents itself.”

“What a great stay. Beautiful home with lots of room. We never felt cramped and just had a great time celebrating our aunts birthday. Great location. Quiet and yet close enough to everything we needed. Being from out of state we enjoy lees chicken a lot! Great and quick communication when needed. We often like to try new places but if we come back to the area we would stay again for sure! ”
