"Quiet location, great staff, easy check in "

"Amanda and Keyu were so nice and accommodating. It was an older building and in some ways it was like going back in time. Don’t expect a perfect modern feel. However do look forward to a really cool experience. It is an 1800’s era hotel that is kept very original. We hosted the wedding party for my daughter’s wedding there on short notice. They opened up the bar and made us feel right at home. The place is under new ownership and they are working diligently to make it something that is even more enjoyable! I think we will go back just to hang out there and see them again. "

"This is a characterful historic place in the center of beautiful Cedarburg. I had some trepidation that it would be too "historic", but it was extremely comfortable and perfect for what I wanted. The room was snug, understandable given the historic structure, but the shower was huge and spotless. The breakfast was "continental", but with great bakery and quiche in a lovely parlor front room. So much nicer than a typical "chain" hotel."

"If you are looking for a place on Lake Michigan to relax and enjoy the lake and beach this is the place! Location is awesome. Home is very comfortable and relaxing and the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again! "

"The rooms were quite nice, I was disappointed that the restaurant," Moolight Tavern" , in the hotel, was not open on Sunday and Monday. The lounge area where we ate breakfast was welcoming and fully stocked with excellent breakfast food. Hopefully they will complete their paln to build an elevator."
