“I am extremely satisfied with my stay at El Navegante Hotel in Bayahibe! Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room. “This ‘resort’ was pretty ho hum. Nothing special. Very limited menu - and same menu for both lunch and dinner. Very disappointing Limited pool chairs. The pool deck’s side tables were all chipped and rusting. Staff were not friendly. We arrived 6:30 am (sorry - that’s just when our flight got in!!). On arrival of course there was no room available.
