"Our stay was good, staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the ac did not cool the room very well but that wasnt a huge deal. When we went to go down for breakfast guest were in the lobby posing and making videos in the seating area with inappropriate bits out (7 am) and the staff allowed it. Not really what i wanted my daughters to see first thing in the morning. There was also puke in the elevator and all the staff did was put a wet floor sign up. But one great thing about this hotel is they offer a free shuttle and the man that drives was friendly and very helpful. "

"1. My toilet would not flush. The staff fixed it but the problem was recurring. 2. It takes a good 5 mins before you get hot water. 3. Most dumbbells are missing. Only 3 left in the set. "

"Smooth check-in, easy parking, and great lobby space with koi fish. We enjoyed having a drink in the lobby by the fish. During the winter holidays, the lobby gets extra decorations. Clean, comfortable room. There is freeway noise on the freeway side, but that’s everywhere in Houston."

"The room was nice but had a slight musty smell. The bath tub/shower was missing a body wash container but it was replaced at my request. I ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food and service was great!"

"The staff were nice and addressed concerns I had with loud guests. It was the weekend starting spring break so just rowdy children but the night manager was great addressing it. The only issue I had is that I booked the room under me and paid for it. My friend called to add herself to the reservation and the hotel did it without even verifying with me that it was ok. All my friend did was give my name and say my flight was delayed. Upon check in, they completely removed me off the reservation. While I understand your staff was doing my friend a favor and I’m glad it worked out- verifying with said guest that this person is with them is important. I’ve had plenty of stalkers and it’s alarming to know all she did was give my name and you completely took me off the reservation. Apart from that, the floor in the room was gross, but overall it was adequate for a quick stay."
