Two full kitchens and 2 sets of washers and dryers 4 bedrooms each with own flat screen tv and 4 baths. 2 hanging daybeds (Twin size) sway as you take in the breathtaking views. Spend the day hiking and come back to the comfort of feather topped beds and down comforters. Fall asleep listening to the sound of the river. 2 Separate Bullfrog spas and patio areas with barbecue grills, horse shoe pit. Relax in hanging chairs on your private deck suspended up above the Virgin River. Large, main level deck suspended over the river. Shuttle stop is steps away from front door. Minutes from Springdale's fantastic restaurants and shops. Backs onto beautiful park and walking trails. Rent Observation Point for up to 6 guests Your group will be the only ones staying at property. If 7 or more guests are staying you need to rent through Zion Riverwalk maximum number of guests for Observation Point is 6.

Incredible stay near Zion National Park!
This is a wonderful house and perfect for a group of friends or families since there are so many bedrooms and bathrooms! A wonderful deck right on the river with incredible views. The location is great--we walked to a different restaurant for dinner each night, strolled the path along the river, and picked up the free shuttle for Zion right outside the house. Truly wonderful in every respect. We'll be back!

Amazing property
We had eight women attending a retreat in Zion NP. This property had it all. The view of the Virgin River flowing in the back was serene and very peaceful. It was the perfect place to stay in Zion. We will be back. Tori was always very responsive. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing home!
This home was in the best location, steps from the Zion National Park shuttle stop! It has a gorgeous view of the river and the mountains from a huge back deck supplied with table and chairs plus lounge chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and other supplies, and the whole home was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars. Could walk/shuttle to pretty much everywhere in Springdale. Highly recommend!

Great location in Springdale, right near shuttle stop to Zion Canyon and on the river. The house is lovely and well maintained, though the kitchens would benefit from some organizing and improved selection of tools, pots and pans, etc. Fantastic views right from the property and a nice hiking option right from the house. Tori is a terrific host. She offered great recommendations for hiking, restaurants and other activities. We appreciated the personal welcome and tour at the start of our stay!

Beautiful property / exceeded our expectations
This VERBO exceeded our expectations. 4 couples stayed comfortably each with a bathroom for themselves / a kitchenette on each of the 3 floors and washer - dryer on each floor as well. It was decorated lovely and had 4 more beds than we needed - which would work great for families with kids. We were on the edge of town, not even 10 minutes from the park (Zion). We enjoyed the hot tub after a long days hike and some of our group even hiked the trails directly across the river, behind the home. I would highly reccommend you stay at this home. We did not use the kitchens as we ate at Oscar's just up the road - GREAT SERVICE / YUMMY FOOD / decent prices (breakfast, lunch & dinner).

Great location and amenities for our group!
This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The Springdale shuttle was right there to bring us to Zion which provided our group flexibility for who wanted to do what on their own timeline. And those that just wanted to relax could enjoy the beautiful deck right along the river. It was just perfect - we all had the space we needed plus gathering spots for us all to spend time together. Cannot recommend this enough!

Tori’s house was our first stop in our family trip to Mighty 5 parks. We had 6 adults using the property. The house was a perfect location, a perfect layout, and perfect amenities. I couldn’t think of needing anything else. This property exceeded all expectations. If I ever returning to Zion, I’d want to return to this house.

Perfect for Women’s/girls trip
The house is even bigger and nicer in person than it is in the pictures if that’s hard to believe. Two hot tubs and lots of rooms, six rooms in total more than we even needed which was wonderful upstairs is a little area that you can relax in the morning and get coffee and look at the view from the swinging beds. There’s a trail right behind the house that we didn’t use. I was able to walk every night to where we needed to. Nothing is more than a mile mile and a half away, and in the weather that they have there, it was amazing to go for walks. The view from the house and wherever you are walking also perfect. The owner was so friendly and responded quickly to any thing we had questions about. It was really great to have our own space because we all sleep differently. TVs in every bedroom. Multiple bathrooms. Wonderful day can’t say enough. I promoted it on our doctor travel group for other women to stay

We had an amazing time in Springdale. The property is very centrally located and just a short walk to the shuttle. We loved siting on the deck next to the river and using the telescope to star and moon gaze. Beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Stunning stay in Zion
We had the perfect girls weekend stay in Zion. Tori was easy to communicate with and met us at the house for check in. The house is stunning and has everything you need and more. Two hot tubs! The house is even better in person than the pictures. It was a bonus to get all three floors for the weekend. The views the views the views!!! The house is in the perfect location and right off the Virgin River. It was easy to hop on the Springdale shuttle stop 7 or drive into the park. There are tons of restaurants and shops close by. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

Amazing Stay
Great home with all the amenities. Everything was as pictured and described. Tori was prompt, thoughtful and a terrific host to work with. Location is awesome- back porch sits right on Virgin river and house is no more than 50 yards from shuttle stop. Would love to come back here on the doorstop of Zion!
