“The experience at the AC Hotel was absolutely terrible. A simple error on the hotel’s end resulted in a huge ordeal. “Ice machine was non existent. Vending machine was unplugged. There was a washer in the breezeway. The pool was not filled. The assist handles in the bathroom were not aligned.
