“The City Mills is a great place to stay came for grandsons boot camp graduation. Location is great you can walk places and it’s a short drive to others. The staff from the front desk to the wonderful lady who sets up the breakfast and the restaurant staff are all great, friendly and just awesome. If I make it back this will be my go to stay every time. Well worth it oh and the river view is great especially to sit out in the morning for breakfast or anytime of the day.”

“When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and……

“Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room.”
