Based on the reviews, this motel was once a disaster and has now been renovated. They have done a nice job. The rooms are nice and the place seems well run. Good secure parking. Excellent location right downtown. What did bother me is that the windows are tiny so that little natural light comes into the rooms and you feel a bit like you're in a prison cell.

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. No bugs of any kind. The only complaint is that the room was small. This is a great location, less than a ten minute walk from downtown, but just far enough that weekend noise didn't bother us at all.

An overnight stay. The motel is old but the room is large and clean. Helpful staff. On a main road but quiet. Only a few blocks from the river and many restaurants

Overall the experience was great. It’s not a 5 star hotel but for what you pay it was a very decent hotel, it was clean, quiet, the beds were comfortable and seemed clean. It exceeded what I expected and I am very pleased with my stay. I will be returning.

Although this is an older building and property, it is very well maintained and clean. The only negative comment I have is that the web-site says it has a swimming pool. It does NOT.
