“Great staff. I didn't like that they don't clean the rooms every day. I also didn't like that they don't have a restaurant on premises.”

“Checking in was a disaster!!!! They didn’t know how to process my Expedia reservation. It took an hour to check in. I had to get help from Expedia chat to help with the process. Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply. Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!”

“Room was fairly clean. Large stain on carpet and the only chair was very stained. Floors were sticky. Phone did not work. Potatoes at breakfast were room temperature. Waffles were excellent. Eggs were room temperature. Staff was very friendly, especially check-in person, Carol, who was very accommodating and helpful. She was a shinning star for Hampton Inns.”

“Very pleasant stay! Lovely room, very spacious and clean. We enjoyed walking to dinner and shopping.”

“Can’t close the bathroom without struggling. The floors are curved (bulged/not level) tip down between bed and entertainment where refrigerator and microwave are. The walk way between them are very narrow. I fear for future guests where they can get hurt if the entertainment falls on them”

“The Hotel was very worn and dark. They don’t keep coffee makers in the room. You have to ask for it at the front desk. The parking lot had homeless sitting in it. We decided that we were not comfortable there and left for a different hotel. ”

“1st floor sliding windows wouldn’t lock in the bedroom so we had to move rooms and the second room had disgusting bed sheets with several stains. Required a cash deposit of $50 after signing a document saying a $100 deposit would already be held on the card. Not very comfortable front desk assistance. Sketchy parking lot/human interaction. Would not stay again. Pictures online do more than justice !!”

“Rooms were clean. Laundry was broke so we had to go to a laundry mat. Pool was closed so we couldn't enjoy that. Building was undergoing a partial remodel. Overall i wish i would have booked somewhere else or wished the website stated they were having issues so i could book elsewhere. Overall I am highly disappointed.”

“A decent place to stay close to the base for family day and graduation. Pity the swimming pool wasn’t open for use because the GA spring afternoons are hot!”
