Basic accomodations

Pros: The kitchen, nice location
Cons: Quality of the furnitue
Location: Mall, shopping, restaurants.
Everything here was average. The room was spacious and having a full kitchen was a definite plus since we were with children. The staff was gracious enough to make an exception to the cancellation policy due to an emergency.

Not impressed for the cost of room

Fire alarm was going off when we arrived and the poor front desk worker was overwhelmed and no one came to help him. Found hair all over the bathroom and hair dryer (definitely not my own), no trash cans in the room, and cleaning was questionable. We had no heat in our bedroom and the night temperature got down to 20 degrees. Not impressed for the price we paid for the room.

Great staff... not the cleanest

The room I stayed in had mold on bathroom tile. While clean towels were added daily the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.... evidenced by empty shampoo bottle on floor and dirty floor never being cleaned.
