for $199 it was very very average but comfortable

Staff - try to put a smile on your face Staff - was mortified by the person setting up breakfast on Saturday 11/26/16, I came in at 6:49am to that person setting up and chatting happily with a coworker or someone visiting while setting up. She said - sir, we don't open until 7am. I said I'd like to sit in this chair until you open. She said it would be better if I waited in the lobby. For $199 a night I shouldn't be treated like an 11year old child would be treated if treated poorly. Her attitude during breakfast was quiet, professional and clearly less than interested in the customers she was serving. Staff - stop talking loudly in the laundry room, chatting loudly on your phone in areas where guests can hear you - its not funny for $199 a night you should really be moving on to a better place. Room - very average but clean and convenient, moving quickly to a tired look, quality and condition If you are employed to serve at a high level then serve at that level

I was disappointed in the condition of the room furniture was very old and worn for the money thought it would have been better also if you plan taking a animal there it is a 100.00 no refundable deposit for one night.

Great for a weekend birthday getaway :)

Only thing we didn't love was the stovetop. The burners seemed ill fitting and it cooked unevenly, forcing us to use the oven for things we planned to cook on the stovetop.

It was a great location for son to spend his birthday weekend. Since he wanted to be close to Washington DC and the National Harbor too. He had a great time and he love the hotel.
