Pros: The location.
Cons: Start at the floor, and work your way up to the ceiling!
This is the second or third write up I've provided, and I will once again say until this stay had always held Marriott in higher regard. Well, not this time!. The two bedroom suite, though expensive in price, did not begin to compare with rooms in hotels at less than 1/3 of the price. The rooms were small, the furnishings cheap and long past their life cycle, the carpeting was dirty, there was mold coming out of the air vents, as well as on the bathroom door, the vent in one of the bedrooms was completed clogged, so there was literally no air with the door closed, the amenities were a joke, and why bother having a kitchenette when the condition of the utensils provided was abysmal. All of us got sick the first day, stood it for one more day, and were luckily able to find more suitable accommodations elsewhere. Suffice to say, I will never stay at this location again, and will never recommend it to anyone, And, on top of everything else, their coffee was the worst I have ever had!

I needed a silk dress shirt pressed in time for a 10:00 am service. I phoned the front desk at 6:30 am just three and a half hours before the event. I reached a young man named Adeel that made some calls and got a cleaners to take care of my shirt and slacks an hour and a half before they even opened to the public. He saved my day! Great job! Great service! I hope this comment finds its way to Adeel's superiors so that they can use it as an example of what "Great service" is. Thanks again Adeel! Lindsey Sayles Sacramento, California

Nice Hotel with easy access to surrounding areas

Pros: Cleanliness of room and breakfast were very good.
Cons: Carpet in common areas and hallways need to be cleaned or replaced and unfortunately parking onsite is limited.
Enjoyed a 4 night stay wth my family which included the family pet.

Nice hotel on the outside, needs interior updates

Pros: The location, complimentary breakfast and the staff
Cons: We checked in as a family of 5 but we had to call down everyday for more towels as they would only give us 4 when they cleaned the room. And parking.
The hotel was in a great location for our needs, employees were very friendly but the furniture in the room was pretty run down. The fold out couch was awful and very uncomfortable. Parking was not adequate. Upon returning back to the hotel, there were not any spots left. My husband was told to park across the street at the Navy Credit Union building but make sure it's moved by 7am or it will be towed.

A friend and I came to town for Rolling Thunder, the room was clean and the front desk people are always great. This being my third trip and having stayed there twice before. However the sofa bed was terrible, it felt like you were sleeping on the support springs only. But with saying that I will book again there next year as overall its clean and convenient.

Calming in midst of Chaos

Pros: Friendliness and calmness
Cons: The surrounding city!
Location: Access to everything.
The area is turbulent, loud, and congested. The lobby is low key and staff is warm and friendly. Immediately felt a little less anxious. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, providing healthy options to the usual high sugar junk. Would stay again, good value for price, the Staff is what made it special.Cleaning folks were likewise warm and friendly.
