"Everything was absolutely great here EXCEPT they charged me a hefty fee to get into my room a few hours early after a long overnight flight when I just needed to sleep. The room was clean and available, but they didn't let me in without paying extra. I was already paying a lot for a nice room so that annoyed me. And I checked out the night before and of course they didn't give me any money back for leaving 14 hours early.
A premium hotel with nice employees and excellent food. BUT little things like that charge for a room that was mine and empty will linger with me in my memory of their approach to their guests."
