“The residence's location is the best, just 10 mins walk to KLCC. The residence was spacious and bright. The staff sent detailed message to me explaining the check-in procedure, very helpful indeed. The roof top swimming pool was fantastic, we could see Twin Tower there. We would like to come back to this hotel next time..”

“七個人入住八樓的三房家庭式空間四天，價格便宜，地點不錯，用走的可以到雙子星、吉隆坡塔、柏威年百貨，但是一開始有一間廁所的洗手台堵塞，然後連續兩天有看到蟑螂…整體衛生沒有到很好，也沒有提供衛生紙跟水，而且水壓忽大忽小，小的時候真的很誇張，差不多是用滴的…可能整棟大樓很多人同時使用吧⋯⋯不過服務人員的態度都很好，也很願意幫忙處理問題，在WhatsApp 反應後都還蠻快回覆的。”

“The rooftop pool has an unmatched view of the city and the facilities are very clean. The staff at Riveria Premier Suites was also very friendly and welcoming.
I would recommend staying here to all travelers to Kuala Lumpur as the proximity to Sentral Station makes it a very accessible hotel for visiting other parts of the city. ”
