“The check-in time was 2 pm and we reached there at 9 pm. We were tired and wanted to sleep. There was no drinking water and we had to ask for it. I wanted to wash my face and neither soap nor towel were there. Again, I had to ask for it and they filled up soap and shampoo in the dispenser. Usually in such places, there will be some provision to make coffee and tea with tea bags, instant coffee powder, etc. Nothing was there. My wife needed hot water, but the gas stove had no supply.
