We had to go and ask . Television was hanged in the kitchen area so if you wanted to watch tv you had to sit at the table by the door or from the kitchen unit standing. Very strange . No toiletries in the room , sink was clogged and water was not draining properly . Doors are very hard to close , you have to slam the door to lock it . "Positives: Hotel was nice. Continently located next to Centralna train station and Centrum metro station. Water bottles were replenished daily which was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Negatives: room was not ready at check-in time of 3pm. When asked no timeline was given as to when our room would be ready. Staff seemed indifferent and rude to the fact that we had to wait.
