About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

A converted barn that has been restored into a bright, modern holiday home.

Lovingly restored, The Shires is a contemporary barn conversion on the edge of the pretty seaside village of St Agnes, just 1.5 miles from the coast. Combining both traditional character and modern living, it's the perfect holiday property for a family or group of friends (and their dogs!) to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall.

The property has a reverse layout with two bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedroom number one has a king-size bed, Smart television and en-suite shower room, while bedroom number two has two single beds, which can also be converted into a second king-size bed. The family bathroom, also on the ground floor, contains a shower over the bath and a WC.

The first floor contains the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, all with high vaulted ceilings and wooden beams. The living area has a selection of comfortable seating, Smart television and a cosy wood burning stove - the perfect place for relaxing after a day on the beach or exploring Cornwall. The kitchen is well-equipped with a modern design and a range of appliances, including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

The Shires has use of the lovely communal gardens and a private patio area. There is a store room with beach equipment for guests to borrow, as well as storage for bicycles etc. Here you'll also find outdoor furniture and a barbecue for use during your stay.

Additional Information:
Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
Cot and high chair available on request
Please note that to get to the town of St Agnes, there is a short walk on the main road (Roughly 0.2 miles).
