The elevator, just outside the front door, makes access a breeze for everyone! 1 covered parking place plus ample uncovered guest parking. The owners have provided everything you need for a fabulous getaway, including starter shampoo/conditioner/soap/sunscreen in the baths, folding beach chairs, beach umbrellas, 10x10 folding beach canopy, beach sand toys, beach towels, boogie boards, 4 tennis racquets & 4 pickleball racquets & balls, small beach cooler, and even a convenient folding cart for taking everything down to the beach through the elevator! The large dining table will seat 8 comfortably, plus there are 4 counter-height barstools at the kitchen bar. The COFFEE BAR features both a "Ninja" brand traditional coffeemaker AND a Keurig Coffeemaker, and is perfect for your morning java or as an adult beverage bar in the evenings. For the little ones, we provide a high chair, sink step-up stool, baby changing pad, baby wash tub, and Pack n' Play, and children's books for bedtime. Each bathroom features a gorgeous shower with custom tilework (sorry, no bathtubs on-site). HURRY! Our calendar fills very quickly and we are booking reservations for the rest of the year! All guests need to complete and return our Standard Rental Agreement attached to the booking confirmation to finalize their reservation. Sorry, no pets, due to HOA rules and guest allergies. We have TWO (2) units with identical floor plans in this community, so please inquire for availability of our "Sand Dollar" unit, listing number 3197676, just down the breezeway and on the same floor as "C-Scape", with the same panoramic oceanfront views! Great location, Host and hostess excellent. Condo was lovely and perfect location. The condo was well equipped with more than we ever could have needed. We would highly recommend this location. We have stayed in several VRBO and this was on the top of our list . Thank you !

The condo is an excellent spot to stay at. The proximity to the whole upper-Florida coast is perfect for day trips to Jacksonville, Daytona or even Kennedy Space Center(we did them all). We even got to see a Falcon9 launch from the balcony which was a first for us! Mike is an outstanding host and they really went the extra mile to make it a great experience. Thanks again and we’ll likely be back!

Beautiful condo direct oceanfront. Had everything supplied in the condo just needed your clothes and food. Very close to St Augustine and neighboring towns. Host was prompt on any questions and a perfect host. He even met us there to show us around the condo. Homemade cookies were a sweet treat. We definitely would stay here again. There were a few things such as the pool not being serviced or cleaned while we were there but the host contacted HOA about it. Elevator was a ride at your own risk which we knew about a week or so before hand. We were able to take our luggage up in it but used the three flights of steps each day we went in and out. It helped us get our extra steps in for the day. There was some maintenance work being done on the building around us several days such as painting and possibly gutter work but it was of no fault of the host just distracting at times. The building itself is older but the condo inside, view and hosts are amazing. Would recommend this as a place to stay!

My wife and I stayed at C-Scape for 6 nights. This beachfront property was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. The beach vibe it gives is both welcoming and relaxing. This property is close to St. Augustine historic district, St. Augustine Beach, and other points of interest. Two minor things of note. First, the building this property is in was doing some building repairs during our stay, but the work didn't impact access to any of the amenities, and was quiet and mostly unnoticed by us. Secondly, the elevator reportedly has been getting stuck. The owner Mike explained this upon our check in and recommended to only use it for luggage, and was nice enough to give us a 100.00 gift card to a nice local restaurant. We preferred taking the stairs anyway so it wasn't a problem for us. We did use it a few times to move luggage and coolers and had no issues. Overall, this place was really quiet and relaxing and just what we wanted for our vacation. Highly recommended this place. Mike was a gracious and easily accessible host.

This is a beautiful condo. The view off the porch is gorgeous and the condo has everything you need. The owner was friendly and helpful and we even had decorated cookies as a welcome gift. Unfortunately, there was a mandatory evacuation because of a hurricane so we only got to stay 2 days. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Memories

Our stay at CScape was wonderful - our hosts, Mike and Karyn, have a beautiful property and a gift for hospitality. We enjoyed the ocean view and breezes from the comfortable balcony seating and expansive windows in the condo. The condo was exceptionally well appointed and our hosts had everything a beach vacationer could want on hand. The location was oerfect for our visit to old St Augustine. One of the best vacations we've ever enjoyed.

Another great stay!

This was our 4th stay at this condo and we just love it. It is very clean, extremely well appointed with just about everything you might need for your stay and is steps away from a wonderful walkable beach. Our favorite thing to do is to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails in the outdoor space which is very spacious and has an incredible view. Mike is an excellent host and responds right away to any question or concern. We hope to be back next year!

Truly a Walk Into the Ocean!

We had a lovely stay in Vilano Beach at this condo! Check-in was easy, and our host met up with us upon arrival and made sure we were all set for the week. They included a lot of great info about restaurants and such in the area too.The condo itself had everything we could need (spices and cookware, etc), including a very spacious balcony. The boardwalk down to the beach literally takes you straight into the water at high tide! I loved it! But it was chilly in the morning toward the end of the week, so just beware of that in your plans depending on the time of year you go.The condo is minutes to downtown St Augustine, and the holiday nights of lights made it extra special. There are also a lot of fun things to do in St Augustine, especiallly around the holidays. Some of our favorites spots were Cap's on the Water for drinks and the view, Ice Plant Bar and River & Fort for food, and the Tipsy Duck Parlor for an interesting drink and experience!

Magical Oceanfront Stay with Stunning Views

We had an absolutely magical stay at this adorable condo! The space was beautifully furnished and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The highlight was the stunning ocean view—waking up to breathtaking sunrises and watching dolphins each morning through the binoculars provided by the thoughtful host was such a treat.The condo was decorated with a lovely Christmas tree, adding a festive touch that made our stay even more special. We loved taking peaceful walks on the beach, which was just steps away.The location was perfect, too—just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine, where we enjoyed the enchanting Nights of Lights. This place is a little slice of paradise, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and magical getaway.
