Beachy renovated condo with new kitchen, flooring, cabinets and updated furniture! Free Wi-Fi, 50" smart-TV, and DIRECTV, as well as a slight peek of the ocean from the master bedroom and balcony! Our condo is a second-floor walk-up, with no elevator. Please review the email that will be sent by our property management company Coastal Realty regarding check-in, key pick-up, etc. There is a starter set-up of TP, paper towels, trash bags and soaps in the unit, so you'll need to please bring or purchase extra TP, etc. for a weeks' stay. Also, the bathroom linens are not allowed on the beach or at the pool. There should be 4 beach towels in the unit for you to use. The balcony area is shaded so you can sit, relax, eat, and enjoy the ocean breeze. With beautiful green grass and palm trees, it's like you're in paradise! The living room is cozy and comfortable. Sit back and enjoy a movie on the 50"TV in the living room, or on the 45" TV in the bedroom. After a busy day at the beach or on the road, it's a treat to come to this condo for some much-needed relaxation! The design of the condo is an open-plan with sliding glass doors to the balcony and also sliding glass doors in the master bedroom that lead to the balcony. Whether you're planning on doing some home cooking or eating out every meal, our kitchen has everything you should need to prepare a meal. Full-size appliances and all the cookware, utensils, and dishes enable you to do as much or as little cooking as you like. The condo has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, as well as separate access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a full size futon. The master bath has a bathtub /shower combination. Don’t worry about taking the laundry home with you, our condo also features your own stackable washer and dryer. You will enjoy all the amenities of the complex, from the picnic areas with BBQ grills to the lending library and fitness center. The ocean is just a 5 to 8 min walk, with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, white sands, and rolling waves. We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy this condo is for its size. The owners have updated their unit for a beachy feel, without the wicker chairs and flowers that we have experienced when staying in condos in Florida in the past. The bed is comfortable and kitchen well-stocked. It is one building away from the heated pool, and we could see the tennis court from the balcony. It is about a 5-minute walk to the ocean through the complex as well. We used the BBQ area in the complex and it was very nice and well kept. The condo was nice and clean. It matched the pictures from which we made our choice. The location is good and in close proximity to just about everything; store, beach, pools and all. The pictures are a true reflection of the space. We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed all of the amenities. The condo was very comfortable for my husband and I and would have been fine with one other couple. I would stay here again in a minute- the complex was very clean and well kept and we really enjoyed the pool. We walked to Oasis and Hurricanes on a couple occasions and that was very convenient.
